How have your political views changed over time?

My views have definitely changed over the years…as they should! When you are born again, let’s just say a lot changes. God changes you over time – this is called sanctification.

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

I used to believe so many lies. I won’t use this to go into every lie I believed, but I can tell you I was a rebellious young woman who followed my own ways. My ways were certainly not His ways.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
    neither are your ways my ways,
declares the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways
    and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Thankfully, God forgives His people – this is the good news – this is the gospel!
