What is your favorite form of physical exercise?

I thought this was an interesting question, most probably (including myself) quickly think of tangible exercise done at the gym, etc.
Running and sports are all possible answers to this question…there are many forms of exercise!
So what is my favorite? Well, I do enjoy lifting weights (little ten pounders from time to time) but that is not my official answer.
Rather my official answer is…walks….and …I don’t mean big ones that only have the purpose of traditional physical, exercise – like, to lose weight for example.
No, I mean just simple, little walks!
A walk to the Maple Tree with my daughter. Look at the leaves! How incredibly red they are! Look at that one that has a striking orange glow as the sun shines through it!
A short walk down the trail where the wild flowers are. Leave the trail and walk in the grass to where the tiny pond and quiet are. Smell the fresh air!
A small walk with my loving, older English Bulldog to help his joints and hips – he loves a small walk.
Yes – this is my favorite exercise! View God’s creation as you walk and EnJOY!
