What food would you say is your specialty?

I’m not sure if I would categorize this as a specialty of mine, but this recipe is especially yummy and easy to make!
Grab a bowl and spoon get ready!
Ingredients
3 Cups of Oats (I use old fashioned and quick)
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
1 Cup of Coconut (I prefer unsweetened)
1 Cup of Raisins (or Cranberries)
1/2 Cup ~ Optional (add whatever you like; more fruit, chopped peanuts or almonds, etc!)
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (or make a healthier binder using melted peanut butter mixed with no sugar added maple syrup or honey for example)
2 TBSP Butter (melted)
Grease an 8” square pan for super thick bars or a 9×13 dish for ‘regular’ ones. Grease it with a little spray oil or a little bit of butter. You can use parchment paper as well if you want to.
Mix ALL ingredients into your bowl and combine well. Add mixture to your pan and pat down with hands so it is nice and firm.
Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes until edges are brown and center is chewy. Oven times may vary.
Eat, be merry & EnJOY!!
“And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.” ~Luke 1:47
